• Assist in setting and achieving sales targets for the optical department, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to meet goals..
• Work to ensure the efficient flow of optical services, including appointments, eyewear fittings, and order fulfilment..
• Oversee billing processes, insurance claims, and payment handling for optical services..
